Why this job is important

The primary responsibility is to provide day to day support to Directors and Consultants across a range of accounts and create meaningful impact on our client’s businesses. A Senior Research Executive supports the BU's goals by delighting clients with great work, developing the team capabilities, and ensuring efficient delivery. As a key interface between the organization and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation of presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as project management, and coaching juniors on tasks specific to the accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

- 1. Data Collection and Analysis: Responsible for designing surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection methods to gather relevant information. Additionally, use statistical and analytical tools like survey reporter and spss to analyze the data collected and derive meaningful insights.
- 2. Report Generation: After analyzing the data, prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing their findings.
- 3.Client Interaction: Interact with clients on a regular basis
- 4. Project Management: Oversee multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. This involves coordinating with team members, managing resources, and addressing any issues that may arise during the research process.
- 5. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights to clients.
- 6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data is crucial in market research. Responsible for implementing quality control measures throughout the research process to maintain data integrity and minimize errors.
- Overall, a Research Executive at Kantar plays a key role in delivering high-quality research solutions to clients, helping them make strategic business decisions based on reliable data and actionable insights.

The skills & experience you’ll need:

- Minimum 1 years of relevant research experience (Quantitative)
- Educated to a degree level, preferable in marketing or business
- Have a curious mind and can think out of the box
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills
- Numerical aptitude and Verbal aptitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy
