**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of Integrant's business, services, customers, and personas to drive effective market research strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive research encompassing industry, market, customer behavior, trends/technology, partner insights, competitor analysis, and account-based marketing.
- Gather, organize, and synthesize data from various sources, including customer surveys and other methods, to provide valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making across different departments.
- Develop and execute surveys, interviews, and other research methods to collect primary data directly from customers, gaining insights into preferences and behaviors.
- Compile and share research findings and actionable recommendations with stakeholders to facilitate informed strategic choices.
- Leverage extensive data and insights about Integrant's brand, customers, target personas, etc., to guide and refine marketing strategies.
- Utilize expertise in data collection and assimilation to identify shifts, predict market trends, and provide timely insights to enhance market positioning.
- Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking against industry peers, and generate actionable insights to inform competitive strategies.
- Develop strong collaborative partnerships with team members, understanding their unique research requirements and delivering high-quality, relevant information.
- Stay updated on new developments and innovations in the field of market research, providing insights and recommendations to management for staying ahead in a dynamic marketplace.
- Employ advanced research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and tools to uncover meaningful patterns and insights within market data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that market research aligns with overall business objectives and informs strategic planning.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identify emerging market trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities, making recommendations for strategic adjustments when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in market research and analytics, driving data-driven insights.
- Strong analytical aptitude, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration required.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, particularly in B2B environments required.
- Experience in primary research methods, including surveys and interviews.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting market data for strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools for clear communication.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field.
- Previous B2B marketing experience, leveraging customer insights required
- Knowledge of market research software tools and methodologies.
- Continuous learner, staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cross-disciplinary teams.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data analysis.
- Experience in designing and executing research projects.
