**ROLE PROFILE**
- Conduct project planning activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan.
- Assess, document, and communicate risk for the engagement
- Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external teams, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage and communicate a sharp vision of the project’s objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.
- Ensures proper governance is in place to best meet project objectives.
- Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, and timeline.
- Analyze risk, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
- Mentor project teams to ensure implementation of enterprise project management methodology, standards, and processes.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 7+ years in project management, delivery management, account management, or vendor management experience
- Certification in SAP or any SuccessFactors module is a must.
- Strong understanding of HC processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures.
- Understanding of database design, structure, functions, and processes strongly desired.
- Experience working with internal controls and regulatory compliance is a must.
- Experience in Payroll processes/SuccessFactors suite is a must
