**ROLE SUMMARY**

**ROLE PROFILE**
- Drive All Backend Tm Processes On Successfactors End-To-End In Close Coordination With The Hcdx Team And In Accordance With The Set Timelines And Coe Devised Tm Policy, Framework, And Tm Agenda.
- Partner With The Assigned Opcos In All Tm Related Initiatives And Act As A Trusted Shared Services Focal Point.
- Work With Affiliates Within Talent Management And Provide Reports And Relevant Talent Data As And When Required With Data Pertaining To Talent Performance.
- Provide Inputs On Talent Performance Systems Implementations To Plan, Organize And Manage Enhancements For All Talent Management Programs.
- Actively Contribute To The Continuous Improvement Of The Talent Performance Team By Supporting Projects, Conducting Research, Analyzing Programs, And Providing Critical Feedback That Helps Solve Team Problems Or Improve Talent Performance Processes And
- Continually Monitor Talent Management Dashboard (Performance Review, Continuous Feedback, Calibration Programs, Goal/Objective Setting) To Ensure Timely Completion Of The Talent Performance Process.
- Manage Sf Technical Related Escalations, In Close Collaboration With The Hcdx Team To Resolve In A Timely Manner.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ Years Of General Professional Experience In Talent Management Or Hr Business Partner Role And Minimum Of 1 Years’ Experience Working With Other Hr Systems Such As Talent Management Systems (Success Factors Preferred).
- Prior Experience With Talent Assessment And Succession Planning Is Preferred.
- Prior Experience Accessing Information In Sap A Plus.
- Experience In A Large, Global Organization Is Preferred.
- Demonstrated Customer Orientation And Detail-Orientation, Commitment To Flawless Execution.
- Hr Certification And/Or Relevant Hr Training Education And/Or Experience Required. (Cipd)
