**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top-tier sales professionals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Build and nurture a robust network of sales professionals, creating a readily available talent pool.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and highly skilled pool of sales talent.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sales recruitment, consistently improving our processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role, with a focus on sales positions.
- Strong understanding of the **Tech industry in particular SaaS & AI** and its unique talent requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes effectively.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with an eye for identifying top talent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a network of industry professionals.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sales recruitment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the **IT and Services industry**:

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to identify and assess talent
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales roles and their specific requirements in the tech industry is a plus
