**What You Will Do**:

- Build custom reports and dashboards.
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems, products and databases.
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Maintain the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Document processes and create reports for sales and other departments.
- Create Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Provide Salesforce training and end-user support.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English (advanced command of both written and verbal English)
- Have 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades, administration, maintenance and ensuring successful integration.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
