**Homzmart** is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.

**Job Description**:
1. User Management: Create and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control and data integrity and accuracy within the platform.

2. Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our business teams, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes.

4. Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation using workflows, process builders, and other Salesforce automation tools.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer service performance, such as case resolution time, customer satisfaction metrics, and agent productivity.

6. Automation and Workflow: Identify opportunities for automation and workflow rules to improve service efficiencies, such as automated case escalation, notifications, and field updates.

7. Integration and Data Management: Collaborate with the teams to integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems, such as CRM and customer communication channels.

8. Support and Assistance: For incidents raised by internal teams users, providing ongoing support to address their questions and issues with respect to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration best practices.
- Proficiency in creating custom objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, and reports.
- Knowledge of data management principles and experience in data cleansing and deduplication activities.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
