Salesforce Lead Developer

**Integrant Inc, is hiring a passionate and organized "Salesforce Lead Developer - Part Time" to join us as part timer to support with below roles and responsibilities**: - You will be based in Egypt supporting the Operations team internally and clients in the US. - Support the leadership and management of the new Salesforce Practice - Responsibility for coaching and developing more team members - Delivering exceptional client service and solutions across several Salesforce technical areas - Grow and maintain a strong team of Business Systems Support Specialists, mentoring and developing resources to build skills and progress to higher levels within the organization. - Monitor and measure metrics to ensure team members are meeting expectations - Hire, develop and retain top-level resources for your team, ensuring that they deliver high-quality work, according to our company values, and continue to grow their careers within the company. - Manage the development and deployment of new projects and enhancements - Ensure that work-products meet business requirements and goals. - Contribute to translation of business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform - Estimate the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements - Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives - Contributes to planning and preparing documentation of the development and functioning of operational systems including technical reports and instructional manuals. - Support in business analysis, clients’ requests, and projects initiation. - Kicking off the technical path in Integrant by providing knowledge sharing session to introduce it to our employee. - Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business. - Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience. - Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes. - Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions. - Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them **Requirements**: - Minimum of 8+ experience overall. - Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc. - Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce platform programming languages - Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL. - Minimum of 5 years of experience with Web Application Development. - Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management. - Experience working with clients from US/UK. - Experience with Salesforce Community Portals. - Experience with the agile software development. - Extensive Apex and JavaScript development experience. - Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components. - Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On. - Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools. - Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally either on a team or as an individual contributor. - Strong presentation and communication skills. **Preferred skills and qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent: - Advanced Administrator. - Certified Platform Developer I - Certified Platform Developer II - Service Cloud Consultant - Platform App Builder - Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant. **Benefits** - Why Integrant? - Competitive compensation package - Opportunity to travel and work onsite with U.S. customers - In-house Technical and English training programs - Flexible work schedules - Perks: events, sponsored lunch, game area, rooftop hangout + more
