As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality code and ensuring the overall stability and scalability of the Salesforce environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customization and Configuration**:Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other declarative features to meet specific business requirements.
- **Integration**:Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, or customer support platforms, using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- **Data Management**:Design and implement data models, data migration strategies, and data quality processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders**:Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other development teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical expertise and guidance.
- **Documentation and Best Practices**:Create technical documentation, including design documents, test scripts, and release notes. Adhere to best practices and coding standards for Salesforce development.
- **Continuous Learning**:Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing Salesforce solutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce.
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Strong experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator, are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
