- 11311- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy Salesforce configurations and customizations, including workflows, triggers, validation rules, and process automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms, using APIs and web services.
- Create and maintain Salesforce data models, objects, fields, and relationships to ensure data integrity and efficient data management.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to the organization's Salesforce implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including data modeling, security settings, workflows, and validation rules.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks (such as Angular or React) for building Salesforce Lightning components.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator, are preferred but not mandatory.
