In Egypt, Siemens Mobility is delivering one of the country’s first high-speed rail system. This landmark project, spanning approximately 2,000 kilometers, will connect 60 cities across Egypt, transforming transportation for both passengers and goods. Today, we are recruiting for a **Quantity Surveying Engineer**to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system for all site-related disruptions and Safety (EHS) incidents.
- Engage in daily communication with the Delivery team to document and assess the impact of site incidents.
- Gather and organize documentation and evidence supporting Siemens/Consortium’s reimbursement claims for site incidents.
- Monitor expenses incurred due to site disruptions and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Draft outgoing contractual correspondence related to claims, variations, and incident management.
- Prepare regular reports and evaluations to support project progress and contractual obligations.
- Ensure timely and compliant submission of claims and variation order letters in line with contractual requirements.

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Project Management.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Contracts & Claims Management for complex EPC projects; Project Management experience will be considered where Contract Management exposure is partial.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Exhibit excellent organizational, planning, and strategic execution capabilities.
- Adapt promptly and effectively to a rapidly evolving project environment.
- Command fluency in written and spoken English.
