Today, we are recruiting for a **Delivery Team Support Engineer**to join our team in **Egypt**. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- You will lead Siemens Mobility’s site progress tracking, coordinating with other LOTs and consortium partners to ensure data accuracy.
- You will prepare, update, and share clear dashboards with S-curves for weekly and monthly reporting.
- You will monitor project progress against baselines, highlighting delays, risks, or deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- You will compile the monthly site progress report for inclusion in the overall project report to the Employer.
- You will support the Delivery Director with daily operational tasks to improve project flow and decision-making.
- You will coordinate project meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking action items until closure.
- You will maintain and organize project data and documentation on SharePoint for easy access by all stakeholders.
- You will assist in creating and maintaining schedules, milestones, and timelines, ensuring alignment across teams.
- You will compile data for post-project evaluations and lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
- You will liaise between Project Managers, technical LOTs, and site teams to keep all parties aligned.
- You will monitor activities for compliance with quality standards, reporting issues promptly to the Consortium Site Manager.

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, project controls, or site reporting.
- Proven ability in site progress tracking and overall project reporting, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools, reporting software, and data visualization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel to and work from various project sites across Egypt.
- Experience in the railway, mobility, or transportation sector is a strong advantage.
