- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Processing VISA for ex-pat staffas required
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Qualifications:

- Requiresa Bachelor’s degree.
- 0 to 1 year ofexperience.
- Fluent English level (written & spoken).
- Preferably Female for this position.
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
