We're looking for a dynamic Sales Director to manage a Primary Care portfolio, the best fit profile is someone who can do both: being a rolled-up sleeves leader with a strategic mindset & confidence, a caliber who can lead the unit & whole company to a new level of growth & internal transformation,

**Key responsibilities**:

- Creating & developing the long term strategical planning and annual budgeting.
- Optimizing the operation procedures and resource allocation to ensure effective internal operation and synergies within the unit.
- Working on new product launch & developing the plan based on market demand in collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
- Building high-performing teams & practicing the company values to create an open, inclusive and responsible work environment.
- You'll be the one responsible for ensuring that all activities: sales, technical and marketing groups comply with relevant Acts, policies, legal requirements and ethical standards.
- You'll be responsible for leading the growth & transformation of the unit in collaboration the top management.

**Key Requirements**:

- 15+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in people management.
- Current or previous experience working on primary care portfolio is a MUST.
- Highly aware of the Egyptian market dynamics, with strong business acumen.
- Strong marketing and bussiness skills to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strategic thinking along with rolled-up sleeves attitude.
- Fluent English is a must.
