**職位概述**

監督受總分類帳影響之流程的日常執行情況，包括在與客戶/部門共事時提供支援，並理解這些流程。指導會計職能，尤其是在帳戶結餘、分類帳核對、製表和差異解決方面。在與總分類帳、附屬分類帳和相關報告有關的方面，監督其他財務和會計人員。

**教育和經驗要求**
- 財務會計或相關專業四年制學士學位；1 年財務會計或相關專業領域工作經驗。

**核心工作活動**

**管理工程、專案和政策**
- 協調和實施分配的會計工作和項目。
- 協調、實施和跟進酒店所有領域的會計 SOP 審計。
- 遵守適用於欺詐和收款程序的聯邦和州法律。
- 以報告、演示等形式生成和提供準確及時的結果。
- 分析資訊和評估結果，以選擇最佳解決方案並解決問題。
- 整理、編碼、分類、計算、製表、審計或驗證資訊或資料。
- 平衡信用卡分類帳。
- 驗證團體合約，並在必要時對直接計費的團體進行信用調查。

**維護財務和會計目標**
- 實現和超越目標，包括績效目標、預算目標和團隊目標等。
- 制定具體的目標和計劃，以便優先考慮、組織和完成工作。
- 及時提交報告，確保滿足交付截止日期。
- 確保準確記錄利潤和虧損。
- 監控所有適用的稅項，確保其為現行應徵和/或應計的稅費。
- 維護強而有力的會計和運營控制環境，以保護資產。
- 完成每期的期末結算職能。
- 向其他組織單位提供有關會計預算政策和程序，以及有效控制和利用財務資源的指導和協助。

**演示和運用會計知識**
- 展現對工作相關問題、產品、系統和流程的瞭解。
- 展現對退貨檢查程序的瞭解。
- 展現對總收入報表的瞭解。
- 展現對銷帳程序的瞭解和熟練程度。
- 展現對統一存款程序的瞭解和熟練程度。
- 在技術上保持更新並將新知識運用於工作崗位。
- 使用電腦和電腦系統（包括硬體和軟體）程式設計、編寫軟體、設置功能、輸入資料或處理資訊。
- 運用相關資訊和個人判斷，確定事件或流程是否符合法律、法規或標準。

**管理和開展人力資源活動**
- 支持員工的發展、指導和培訓。
- 為員工提供建設性的輔導和諮詢。
- 培訓員工應收賬款過帳技巧。
