Chief Accountant

As a Chief Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing accounting procedures, and providing strategic guidance to support decision-making within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure proper recording and reporting of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
- Enhance accounting processes and systems for improved financial management.
- Provide leadership and support to accounting staff, fostering a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
