**HR Manager at Comprehensive Business Services (CBS)**:
Comprehensive Business Services (CBS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources department. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support our company's growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
- Manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes
- Develop and deliver HR training programs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
