**Long Description**:
Role purpose:
As part of the Next Generation Data and Insights, Nucleus programme will roll out to all European markets in the next five years under the flag of Group Data & Analytics. The main responsibility of the role is to drive co-ordination, change and integration across both Local and Group D&A and Technology teams, organising and managing the remediation of any data quality issues, driving efficiency and availability of information to enhance business steering.
The role will have accountability on assuring the end-to-end Data Quality stability of the BAU Nucleus solution. Driving the governance with the Global and Local IT and the transformation into a stable BAU process; this critically includes the mediation with all the stakeholders involved in the process to ensure the correct and timely management of any issues. Goal-oriented focus.
Role purpose:

- Bridges the Work Streams that manage Local/Global IT, D&A Product Portfolio, Target Operating model
- Works across all Operational teams as well as related business teams to provide clarity and confidence on the Data Remediation process.
- Develop and maintain/improve any Operational models related with the Data Quality in BAU as well as ensuring smooth and efficient Data Quality remediation processes.
- Identify any gap or assessment within the BAU transition and ensure a roadmap and process for driving further developments.
- Drives local market on planning and aligning the Data Remediation Operation Model according to the Programme’s master plan

- Desired Profile & Experience:
- Experience as Business Data Analyst, with strong data analysis skills, familiar with IT processes in an agile environment.
- Well versed in data remediation and the complete SDLC. Data Quality domain knowledge appreciated.
- Excellent understanding of technology processes, operational models and strong implementation; able to drive delivery programmes and produce repeatable results
- Seasoned at managing and liaising with inter-departmental, geographically distributed teams.

Key Skills:

- Strong ability to drive and tackle the commitments within the determined deadlines.
- A collaborative working style and stakeholder management with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Comfortable with executive level comm and the ability to balance conflicting needs.
- High-level of SQL required, Python desirable.

- Ensure the e2e data remediation processes are working efficiently.
- Ensure the correct behaviour for the e2e Operational monitoring within the operational team.
- Provide clarity on the Data Remediation and e2e Operational monitoring processes.

- Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Data Quality domain knowledge appreciated.
- High-Level Python desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft tools
- Proficient in SQL required, GCP Knowledge desirable.
