As a Senior Data Analyst on the Growth Team, you will take on a leadership role in driving data-driven growth strategies for our platform. You will leverage your profound business acumen and technical expertise to extract insights, inform strategic decisions, and foster growth initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, you will guide the team's analytics efforts and provide invaluable insights that elevate user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex datasets, including structured and unstructured data, to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Present actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions, such as customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and user engagement. Identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize performance and drive business growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and growth strategies. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
- Develop dashboards and reports that offer comprehensive insights into users’ behavior, funnels and projects KPIs.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Refine user segmentation for targeted communication and engagement strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and provide data-backed suggestions for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst ideally in a FMCG industry, B2B or marketplace setting
- Previous experience within the FMCG industry or B2B marketplace is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and lead junior analysts
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into impactful growth strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis is essential.
