**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for
**Data Governance Analyst** for one of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Central focal point for implementing data governance policy initiatives across the business (Translate Regulatory Data Requirements into deliverables within a BAU context), inclusive of Technology automation projects
- Localize the Data Governance Policies and Procedures, Own the Implementation strategy and roadmap of the Policies & Procedures
- Roll out an enterprise wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture
- Define changes required in the IT change management procedures on account of data governance procedures, and work with IT for the implementation
- Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise;
- Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements
- Provide progress reports to Board management and oversee periodic updates to the country management
- Maintain central record of all issues and identified areas for continuous improvement relating to data quality remediation and define clear responsibilities and timelines to resolution
- Be the focal point for all communication regarding the Data Governance requirements; ensuring full engagement with multiple stakeholders
- Hold regular meetings with Data Owners/Definers to ensure end-to-end completion of Data Quality and Remediation issues
- Escalate key issues to senior stakeholders
- Produce meaningful insights to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from faculty of computer science or engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in a financial services organization, with large-scale data or project management and governance experience
- Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
