**About this Role**

The Project Coordinator/Manager will be joining Infomineo’s _Graphic Design _Business Line.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of consulting presentation projects, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and high-quality standards for a multinational client. You will act as the bridge between clients, designers, and stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence in presentation design solutions.

You are willing to work on Mon-Fri or Sun-Thr shifts and be flexible to work in early-morning/day/late-evening/night shifts, as this might be based on business needs.

**What will you do?**

You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing end-to-end request management using the designated request management tool for various clients
- Engaging with clients to gather project requirements, define timelines, and align expectations
- Evaluating project scope, type, and priority to optimize workflow
- Strategically assigning projects based on team capacity and expertise to deliver high-impact, brand-aligned presentations
- Managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery
- Upholding quality standards by ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Leading initiatives to drive continuous process improvements within the design center and across globally

**You’re Good at/known for**:

- Outstanding customer service, including effective communication with stakeholders on timeline, design decisions and project development
- Being highly organized and detail-oriented
- Understanding design principles and best practices in PowerPoint presentations
- Multitasking and managing multiple graphic design deliverables and managing stakeholders
- Negotiating deadlines and setting priorities
- Participating in client calls and meetings
- Problem-solving and proactive decision-making
- Managing feedback loops and ensuring smooth revisions
- Working within budget and shifting time constraints
- Developing and maintaining weekly coordination calendar

**Your Experience, Education & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Design, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination/management, preferably in design, consulting, or creative services
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and familiarity with design workflows
- Experience working with multinational clients or in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
