**JOB DESCRIPTION**:_
- Create innovative visual materials that align with the brand identity.
- Collaborate with the team to develop fresh design concepts.
- Produce designs for various advertising and marketing channels.
- **Key Responsibilities**_:_
- Design and produce a wide array of graphics including but not limited to social media content, logos, banners, flyers, infographics, and print materials.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and marketers to develop visuals that effectively communicate brand messages and achieve marketing objectives.
- Continuously research and implement current design trends and techniques to keep our brand at the forefront of visual innovation.
- Organize and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and business goals, while maintaining a consistent quality across all designs.
- Edit and optimize graphics for different platforms, ensuring the best visual impact and adherence to technical specifications.
- Develop and present graphic design concepts and infographics.
- Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure the quality of final designs and adherence to deadlines.

- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts and to understand client needs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Problem-solving**: Capacity to approach challenges creatively and offer practical solutions.
- **Adaptability**: Open to feedback and willing to make necessary changes to a design.
- **Technical Skills**:_
- **Proficiency in Design Software**: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other graphic design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Sketch, Affinity Designer).
- **Print Design Knowledge**: Knowledge of print design and production, understanding of color profiles, and preparing files for print.
- **Typography**: Strong knowledge of typography, font pairing, and typesetting.
- **Photography and Image Editing**: Basic photography skills and strong image editing and manipulation abilities.
