**KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and expertise in social media and digital campaign visuals.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics software (After Effects).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating presentations, collaborating with team members, and organizing design assets.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
- Excellent visual and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Develop visually appealing and engaging visual content for social media platforms, including static graphics, animated GIFs, and short videos.
- Design creative and impactful digital campaign visuals that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Create captivating pitch decks that effectively communicate our brand story, value proposition, and business objectives to clients and stakeholders.
- Design high-quality print collaterals, such as event invitations, menus, etc.
- Utilize motion graphics to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling capabilities of our digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with Digital/PR/Events/Content Department to generate innovative ideas and participate actively in brainstorming sessions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of visual and messaging elements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows.
- Uphold brand consistency and guidelines throughout all visual assets.
