Roles & responsibilities:

- Assist in developing the Human Resources strategic plans and goals, working closely with executives to ensure alignment with overall organizational strategy.
- Assist in development and implementation of the organization’s total rewards, remunerations and benefits to ensure that the organization is able to attract, retain and motivate the associates with the appropriate skills and experiences so that the organization is able to achieve its business objective.
- Monitor the performance of the Total Rewards and performance Management strategic initiatives, tracking progress toward goals, and providing regular updates to management.
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement total rewards that are appropriate for their business needs but consistent with the organization’s overall reward strategy.
- Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Conduct labor Market research and develop market benchmarking analysis supporting the organization to develop adequate / competitive remunerations programs
- Lead and oversee the job architecture framework to ensure internal equity and consistency in job grading and job titles across the organization.
- Provide on demand/ad-hoc data analytics and/or market benchmarking for specific positions and or organizational development strategies using information technology and different data analytics methodologies
- Define and implement a strategic approach to labor data analytics for all SBUs/BUs and other Shared Services division (i.e. HR, Legal, ICD etc ).
- Ensuring the provision of Strategic management information and performance data including reward and benefits audits.
- Direct and conduct of annual salary and benefits benchmarking, internally, and externally; and conduct job evaluation and classification whenever required.
