**About the role**:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our subscription program remains ahead of the curve and constantly delivers value to our subscribers. **What you will be doing**:

- Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation to extract valuable insights and drive informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, business leaders, and data engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.
- Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize and communicate complex data findings effectively.
- Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance and track progress towards organizational goals.
- Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Control product changes A/B testing - planning, decision making, effect estimation.

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization.
- Expert at writing SQL queries against large amounts of data, hands on experience with Python is a plus.
- Experience business intelligence and data visualization tools for creating management dashboards.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
