**JOB PURPOSE**:

- Lead the creation of the TEG network strategy and the continuous development of TEG network operating model to ensure that it remains profitable in the face of significant disruption.
- Design, develop and manage the network planning activities for TEG, assessing and selecting the optimal locations, enabling TEG to maximise its market share and convenience to customers via a profitable and sustainable network structure.
- Ensuring facilities are right sized to suit current and future Market requirements for Sales and Aftersales, optimizing the customer journey and processes to ensure maximum sales revenues and customer satisfaction, within the approved dealers standards/ brand CI, and in accordance with company financial guidelines to ensure maximum return on investment
- Manage the development and delivery of a balanced scorecard for network development, supporting TEG strategic objective on network profitability by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of accurate management and performance information.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**_Network Strategy_**:

- Develop TEG Network Strategy including future operating model.
- Drive a network planning to design, implement and monitor the performance of tailored ideal network strategies for each brand (Sales, Aftersales, Parts etc.), ensuring that industry and Al-Futtaim Automotive standards are achieved.
- Manage the delivery of Ideal Network Plan, ensuring viability and long-term efficiencies are aligned to TEG and Group strategies.
- Continually develop and improve the techniques utilised to deliver network planning
- Projects by ensuring deliverables are ‘best in class’ for the industry.
- Liaising with TTC and Al Futtaim Gorup in all network development activities.

**Network Development, Performance Management and Operational Excellence**:

- Management and delivery of TEG projects, on time & on budget.
- Define initial scope and financial resources. Identify internal and external stakeholders. Support development of project charter and Authorisation for Financial Expenditure (AFE) for approval.
- Planning & Execution - Define and agree project objectives with key stakeholders/Project Sponsor then communicate with the project team to establish this vision of what will constitute successful accomplishment of the project objective. Develop Project Management Plan (PMP) and facilitate work defined in the PMP to satisfy the project objectives.
- Monitor & control - Track, review and regulate progress and performance of the project; identify any areas in which changes to the plan are required; and initiate the corresponding changes.
- Ensure good project governance is applied to all TEG projects protecting business interests and ROI
- Measure and improve the performance and operational excellence of TEG network (owned / dealers) including cost efficiencies, profitability and development.
- Create and maintain the highest quality retail representation, monitor performance through operational and financial KPIs to enhance the desirability of our products and ensure delivery of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the operational key performance indicators of the dealership and setting the action plans to enhance the end results.
- Strategic assessment of all franchising activities to ensure the Group only undertake activities with a financially sustainable future, thus safeguarding the Group’s reputation and performance.
- Ensure dealers’ physical and business operating standards meet Al Futtaim and TTC standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:

- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:_
- Engineering university graduate is preferred.
- MBA holder is preferred.
- Expert knowledge and experience in network development and facilities management.
- Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry with knowledge of the complete Auto business model.
