Leading the execution and the design of all software activities to achieve business goals and optimize programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Staying up-to-date with business and product knowledge.
- Ensuring team compliance with development processes and coding standards to guarantee high quality outcome and commitment to deadlines.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring the completion of tasks and projects efficiently.
- Building a strong development team and supporting them in prioritizing and writing correct code.
- Solving complex technical challenges and encounters.
- Identifying projects’ technical scope and keeping related documentation and updates.
- Maintaining and improving existing products.
- Driving key architecture decisions.
- Handling communication between DCES and SES teams.
- Monitoring and reporting team attendance, vacations, and sick leave requests.
- Coaching and training team members.
- Implementing office operations, policies, and procedures including HR and Admin related tasks.
- Participating in the End-of-Year Evaluation and PIP processes for all software developers.
- Coordinating with the IT Infrastructure team to update and maintain all production technologies and ensure proper maintenance and installation within the office.
- Performing other duties as requested by management.

Ideal Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Computing, Computer Engineer or equivalent
- English proficient
- Minimum of 10-year experience in the field
- Professional behavior and ethical conduct
- Delivering results
- Accountability and taking ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
