**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Key contact for Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) on site, including introduction of key initiatives that drive performance improvement
- Coordinate and coach Pillar Leads on Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS) ensuring adherence to standardized methodologies and best practices
- Lead the implementation of site improvement programs and investigate and deploy latest continuous improvement tools and digital strategies.
- Lead the implementation of factories digital transformation agenda.
- Assist in providing and developing data management systems that enable management of plant performance and measurement of improvements
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to define improvement targets, develop action plans, and monitor progress toward operational excellence goals
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build capabilities in continuous improvement methodologies across the organization
- Manage and analyze performance data, including KPIs, to identify trends, highlight areas of improvement, and drive data-based decision-making
- Collaborate with global ManEX network to share best practices, leverage knowledge, and contribute to the development of standardized manufacturing excellence guidelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and problem-solving exercises to address production issues and implement sustainable solutions

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing (Lean, UMS, TPM).
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
- MCG experience is preferred
- Previous experience in leading a continuous improvement/change program.

**Skills**
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing process improvement.
- Ability to coach, influence and build strong relationship with Stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to drive sustainable results in performance improvement
- Data analytics and data visualization skills
