We’re looking for a strategic and proactive HR Lead to spearhead our Human Resources operations. You’ll drive recruitment, strengthen employee engagement, lead policy development, and ensure smooth HR processes across departments. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone eager to scale people operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Build and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support organizational change and employee engagement programs
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Advise leadership on performance management and people-related metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workforce efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferably in Tech Companies.
- Strong knowledge of global HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR systems and analytics tools
- Fluent in English; & Arabic
