YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Include but not limited to_
- _ To work closely with the GS, Wash Tech and Merchandiser during the Pre-production stage to review Style Construction Details, Risk Analysis and CTQ Identification._
- _ Monitor productions closely and provide technical support to ensure quality meets specifications and that there is no quality complaint._
- _ Work according to KONTOOR BRANDS QA Related SOP’s and the same is followed by the Supplier._
- _ Communicate proactively, effectively and as often as necessary with all personnel in the QA and Merchandising Team, in Obtaining accurate information and notifying product quality issues._
- _ Troubleshooting if encounter any quality problems in the production, by escalating to the relevant teams and to seek required technical support when necessary._
- _ Conduct statistic quality audits. Fill out inspection report in every production stage (PP, In-line, Final)._
- _ Regular check on accuracy of reports, timely completion and update (NGS, SPecsFas, CAP’s)._
- _ To assure all factory Assigned QC are well trained and qualified to conduct Pre-final and Self-Final audits of KONTOOR BRANDS products._
- _ To provide Quality and Technical guidelines to respective factory QA’s & Assigned QC’s._
- _ To follow up on Product Quality CAP implementation and completion._ _To follow up on PQI CAP progress, implementation and Completion._
- _ Monitor all vendors follow KONTOOR BRANDS Tearm of Engagement, Vendor Code of Conduct and other rules and regulations._- To establish a good relationship with factory to facilitate problem solving and effective Quality Assurance System._

- _ Integrity and Ethical conduct._ _Experience 5 years as a QA Inspector in a Brand, Liaison office, Agent and 5 years in an Apparel Manufacturer (Quality, Technical, Sample Room)._ _Language Proficiency: English and local language fluency in both oral and writing_ _Competency required:_

- Min Diploma or _Graduate from reputed institute / university_
- Apparel Technical/ Quality Assurance related certificate/ Diploma._
