**Summary**

**Responsibilities**

- Lead and supervise a team of accountants, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Manage invoice processing, payment verification, and vendor relationships for accounts payable to support smooth financial operation
- Monitor and analyze budget to actual performance monthly to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide a clear overview of the organization's financial status
- Create and maintain rolling financial forecasts, incorporating market trends, business performance, and external factors to align with changing market conditions and improve business performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations to adhere to financial integrity and legal compliance
- Develop the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop and maintain budgets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Undertake special projects and conduct analysis as requested by senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

**Qualifications & Work Experience**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
- 5+ years of proven experience in accounting, with significant exposure to accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
- Experience with process improvement and implementing accounting system enhancements is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Excel, financial planning software)
