**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely review and recording of vendor invoices with proper documentation and approvals.
- Maintain accuracy in invoice data and general ledger entries.
- Process routine reconciliations for credit cards and bank accounts.
- Facilitate the execution of payments including checks, ensuring completeness of supporting documents, and approvals.
- Manage petty cash settlements on a weekly basis, ensuring proper documentation. Verify vendor accounts, process payments, and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, or payments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar accounting role.
- Experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365** is preferred.
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting principles, and bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
