**Job Overview**

Invitro Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage HubSpot to develop and implement marketing automation strategies that optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention for our portfolio companies. Your expertise in marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot, will be instrumental in enhancing marketing effectiveness and driving growth.

**Marketing Automation Manager, Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies using HubSpot to maximize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Manage the HubSpot marketing automation platform including setup, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Utilize data segmentation and analysis techniques within HubSpot to personalize campaigns and improve targeting accuracy.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using HubSpot analytics, tracking key metrics, and providing actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing automation strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing automation to continually refine and improve our strategies.

**Requirements**

**Minimum Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a strong emphasis on using platforms like HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage comprehensive marketing automation campaigns and workflows.
  • Strong grasp of marketing automation concepts, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficient in data analysis with a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and campaign optimizations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Prior experience with marketing automation in the venture capital or investment industry.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic principles of web development.
  • Certifications in HubSpot or other relevant marketing automation platforms.
