**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identifying opportunities and developing sales of the Engineering Projects & Automation Systems.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term and effective customer relationships.
- Promote customer understanding of ONSPEC Services and align to provide a Turn Key Solution.
- Creating added value for the customer and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals.
- Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and commercial conditions.
- Prospecting and Market Intelligence of new and ongoing opportunities, challenges, and competition.
- Reporting to the Business Development Manager, working closely with projects, engineering, automation, and software teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Control Systems background is preferred.
- Minimum 3 Years hands on Experience in Sales & Business Development of Automation Systems within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in Automation and Integrated Process, Safety, and Power Control Systems, PLC, DCS, SCADA, F&G, ESD, WHCP, Turbomachinery, VSD, MCC,etc.
- Proven technology skills in Data Analysis, CRM, and Microsoft Office Tools.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, French is preferable.
