**Core responsibilities**:

- Responsible for setting the demand creation objectives and strategies.
- Lead the team in the process of Implementation of marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
- Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, agencies, and key influencers as per the need.
- Capitalize on digital marketing to ensure it is an integral part of the demand creation mechanism.
- Lead the team to create and engage informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content that the business might leverage.
- Analyze market trends, evaluate & capture different pockets of growth.
- Lead & strengthen the development of company brand equity within all stakeholder's view.

- Minimum +7 years marketing management experience in a reputable organization
- Business to business marketing experience is preferable.
- Proven successful track record in developing marketing plans and campaigns online and offline.
- In touch with Market trends and review/amend strategies accordingly in line with the evolving conditions.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with outstanding long-term strategic mindset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
