As we prepare for our grand project launch in Summa Bay, Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and contribute to our mission of redefining luxury travel.

**Position**:
Marketing Manager (Junior Level)

**Location**:
Remote initially, with a planned relocation to Soma Bay, Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Dahab Dreams' vision and goals.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, customized booklets, and promotional items such as windbreakers, hats, and bags, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, including creating, scheduling, and posting daily updates across all platforms to engage our audience and increase our brand visibility.
- Oversee the design and distribution of staff uniforms, ensuring they are in line with our brand image and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated into all client experiences and company operations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate competition, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Oversee videography and photography teams to ensure content creation aligns with our business goals and marketing strategies, enhancing our brand's visual storytelling.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are bilingual, displaying absolute fluency in both English and Arabic. Fluency in French is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns and materials creation.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken. French proficiency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media management and content creation, with the ability to engage and grow an audience.
- Creative flair for design and branding, with experience in producing high-quality marketing collateral.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work remotely initially and relocate to Soma Bay, Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt, in the foreseeable future.
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is preferred, with a passion for luxury travel and customer service excellence.

**Salary**:
Competitive salary ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 EGP per month, commensurate with experience.
