ERP Lead

Our client is a premier global entity specializing in the export and manufacturing of premium foods, herbs, and seeds. They're in search of an experienced with Odoo experience to enhance their team.
- Serve as the main point of contact and intermediary between our company and Odoo.
- Lead the implementation and customization of the Odoo ERP system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement and recommend system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, translate them into system configurations, and oversee the implementation process.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful and timely delivery of ERP system enhancements.
- Provide hands-on support in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting the Odoo ERP system to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to the Odoo ERP platform.
- Proactively identify system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, and work with the Odoo support team to resolve them.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases, features, and functionalities, and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.
- Provide regular status reports, updates, and metrics to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ERP systems or project management are a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in implementing and customizing the Odoo ERP system, including configuration, data migration, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and best practices across multiple functional areas, such as finance, HR, sales, and operations.
- Proficiency in working with Odoo modules, including but not limited to CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Purchase.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving project goals.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Experience in conducting user training and creating user documentation is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, embracing change and driving continuous improvement.
