**What you'll do**:
As an ISV Partner Support Analyst within our Global Partner Operations (GPO) team, you will be instrumental in enhancing the partner experience by managing and optimizing partner operations.
This role is an individual contributor reporting to the ISV Ops Lead.
**Responsibility**
- Engage in creating and analyzing detailed reports to drive data integrity and improve visibility to overall partner performance
- Assist in documenting partner data standards and internal support guides
- Define and own consistent data audits to improve data hygiene overall
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with unmanaged partners and internal collaborators, aligning with their needs and objectives
- Engage in AdHoc projects and initiatives as per evolving business requirements
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working across different time zones, ensuring effective global collaboration and communication
- Dedicate approximately 20% of time to executing Salesforce 'run-the-business' administrative tasks
**Job Designation**:
**Remote**
: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
- Experience in partner operations, customer support, or a related field
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of SQL
**Preferred**
- Partner management or operations within a technology company
- Experience in conducting training sessions or presentations
- Prior work with global partners and understanding of cross-cultural business practices
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and partner portal tools
- Solid grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Flexibility to work across various time zones
- Experience in leading projects and initiatives
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
