**Solution Development**
- Oversee the creation of high-quality technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs.
- Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
**Team Leadership & Development**
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing presales team.
- Set clear objectives, provide mentorship, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members across regions.
**Collaboration Across Functions**
- Work closely with the General Manager, Business Continuity, to align presales activities with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to align presales efforts with go-to-market strategies.
**Reporting & Analytics**
- Monitor and report on presales activities, pipeline contributions, and success metrics.
- Provide insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive activity to support business planning.
- Track regional performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Vendor connection and relationship across the region
- Account planning and use cases development.
- Solution promotion and technology understanding.
- Go to market plan alignment and enhancement.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a geographically dispersed team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.

**Technical Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in presales or technical consulting in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure domains such as cloud solutions, data centers, service provider, networking, cybersecurity, and IT managed services.
- Proven track record of managing presales activities across multiple countries and regions.
- Strong understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.
