Project & Development Services - MENA
JLL Project & Development Services (P&DS) MENA provides consulting, design, management and build services to tenant and owners, leveraging technology and digital solutions to drive outstanding service delivery.
We bring a life-cycle perspective to our clients, from development solutions to our core services in programme, project and cost management and consulting in digital solutions, tenancy management, sustainability, leisure & entertainment, and workplace & design.
About the Role
**Project Location**: New Cairo, Egypt
What This Job Involves
- Reviewing and approving Contractor's Programme and detailed baseline schedules.
- Monitoring project progress and updating schedules regularly to reflect current status.
- Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Identifying and analyzing potential scheduling conflicts and proposing solutions.
- Implementing and maintaining effective planning and scheduling processes
- Reviewing and analyzing Contractor's claims.
- Supporting the Planning Manager in overall project planning and control activities.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.
- Coordinating with project teams to ensure alignment with schedules and milestones.
- Providing technical guidance on planning matters to junior team members.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Approximately 4 years of relevant experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Management.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Office).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with construction projects in Egypt or the Middle East region.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in claim analysis and evaluation.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
