**Responsibilities**:

- Send 8 D reports to the Suppliers regarding nonconforming material. Follows-up on corrective action to ensure continuous improvement.
- Evaluates the supplier performances.
- Preparing Suppliers complaint cost.
- Update FMEA.
- Close the processes concerning the quality on company related system tools.
- Creating Equipment check list approval.
- Perform statistical analysis, MSA (Pareto chart, R&R, MFU).
- Preparing Monthly Quality Reports.
- Evaluate 6S activities.
- Monitoring ultrasonic daily check records.
- Conduct Error proofing Audit.
- Investigating and troubleshooting production or product errors
- Conduct System Audits according to QMS.
- Submit the quality reports to the QC Manager.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have Degree in mechanical engineering, in quality or industrial engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in quality engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced communication and language capabilities (written and verbal)
- Excellent MS office, advanced excel is preferred
- Deal with PDF programs, AutoCAD knowledge is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
- IATF 16949 knowledge is a plus
- Organized and stick to the plan
- Ability to handle intersected plans
- 6th of October residence is preferred
- Giza Residence is a must, 6thof October is preferred
