Manage all accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls.
- Build strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

**Requirements**:

- Education and Qualifications:

- A bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience:

- More that 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in progressively responsible roles such as senior accountant or controller.
- Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to make informed business decisions.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Good English, both speaking and writing, to maintain communication with Group management and CFO.
- Daily accounting maintenance, payment preparation and assistance to Company’s CEO.
- Leadership and Management Skills:

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with other departments, executives, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall financial planning and decision-making process of the organization.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in preparing and overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

- Capacity to analyze complex financial situations, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to make informed decisions that align with the organization's financial goals and objectives.
- Attention to Detail:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve errors promptly.
- Time Management:

- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ethical Conduct:

- High ethical standards and integrity in handling financial data and sensitive information.
- Continuous Learning:

- Willingness to stay updated with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
- Interpersonal Skills:

- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
