The Group reported 2024 global revenues of €22.1 billion.** Job Description**:-** Key Responsibilities**:-- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ datacenter infrastructure, including branch offices and edge locations.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in centralized and distributed environments.
- Create comprehensive datacenter transformation strategies and roadmaps, aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Design solutions incorporating latest technologies, industry best practices, and scalability for diverse environments.
- Utilize industry best practices and reference architectures to design efficient and scalable solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in datacenter transformation and edge computing.
- Advise on design and implementation of private cloud environments, considering security, compliance, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of hybrid cloud solutions.
-** Qualifications**:-- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 12-18 years of experience as a Datacenter Transformation Architect or similar role.
- Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of datacenter technologies, hybrid cloud solutions, and emerging trends, with operational and service delivery experience in:

- Hybrid Cloud: SDDC, HCI, AWS & Azure Solutions
- Public Cloud Adoption: Assessment, Foundation & Migration
- SDI Platforms: VxRail, Nutanix, Hyperflex, vSAN, NSX
- Converged Platforms: Synergy, VxBlock, FlexPod
- Migration Solutions: Cloud Natives, Storage-based Replication, Zerto, Platespin
- Compute Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Acropolis
- Backup Solutions: Rubrik, Cohesity, Commvault, Networker, Spectrum
- Hybrid Storage Arrays: Dell-EMC, HPE, Nimble, Pure, IBM
- Storage Virtualization & Fabric: VPLEX, SVC, Cisco & Brocade Switching
- DRaaS Solutions: VMware SRM, IBM CRO, Zerto
- Middleware: IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss
- Monitoring Tools: Tivoli, BMC, HPOV, CA Spectrum
- Automation: UiPath, Ansible, Jenkins, Microfocus
- ITSM: ServiceNow, Remedy
- Proven track record in customer-facing solution defense.
- Ability to articulate customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders up to board level.
