**Job Description**:

- Improve product features and measure the impact of product features and experiments.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify product opportunities and gather insights for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define product specifications, and prioritize feature development.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to oversee the end-to-end product development process.
- Utilize various data to identify new profit and growth opportunities in the assigned state(s).
- Analyze product performance, monitor key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analysis, preparation, and management of product enhancements that affect their modules.
- Create and update product documentation (both for internal and external use).
- Analyze trends and pore through our data to answer critical business and product questions.
- Represent organization as prime contact for projects and other necessary communications.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral.
- Create dashboards, query multiple data sources & generate reports and providing feedback to the management
- Test system modifications in order to get ready for new process implementations and introduce databases of known test deficiencies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior product managers to assist in driving the product strategy and achieving business goals.
- Evaluate top and bottom-line impacts of action plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Jira, Excel skills, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and user insights to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion within designated timelines.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
