**Job Summary**:
The Product Analyst will be working closely with different stakeholders inside the company, analyzing product data, making product recommendations, doing market research and customer interviews, offering actionable insights, and forecasting future trends, that will ultimately lead to the best product offerings and experience to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends
- Understand & contribute to developing the company's product range and current goals and anticipate future needs.
- Assist the product team with quantitative insights that help steer their roadmap, design, and launch strategies.
- Design, analyze and own pre/post impact analyses to understand the feature impact & subsequent iterations
- Contribute to company operations, such as costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
- Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product health and growth.
- Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably as a product or data analyst
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is a must.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Preferred knowledge of R or Python.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and come up with creative solutions.
- The ability to balance customer needs against the company's vision.
- Excellent time management skills.
- The ability to constantly learn and lead.
