With speed and agility, we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition. You will be part of the **AME HyperAutomation Hub** **team (AHH)**, which is one of the regional hubs within the Technology stream. AHH is a fusion team focusing on embedding technology into business by identifying & implementing automation opportunities across HEINEKEN AME Operating companies, aligned with the governance and platforms offered by Global Smart Technologies team, which consists of different product teams specialized in RPA (UiPath), Low Code solutions (MS Power Platform / OutSystems), Cognitive AI and OutSystems. As **Junior** **Developer R&A** you have a primary task to** **learn, develop, support, and implement different automation projects following global governance, you should have coding background, eagerness to learn new technologies, In addition, you may engage business stakeholders to understand business processes and think how automation would improve process efficiency, you will be working in close cooperation with our HEINEKEN business teams within our OpCos and Global products teams. As part of the team, you will also support hub team with internal projects like driving Proof of Value’s and process optimizations. **Your responsibilities would include**: - Ensuring optimum performance, availability, and security of solutions are in accordance with security standards and policies, having governance and control adhered in all stages. - Understand business processes along with data collection to identify areas for improvement and automation while considering interdependencies. - Integrate automation solutions with other global solutions and the HEINEKEN data lake. - Deliver product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture. - Pro-actively exploring new technologies, products and features that can be combined with current toolkit. - Driving** **Proof of Value’s and other internal team projects. - Actively participating in all the team agile ceremonies: daily scrum meeting, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives. - You have Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, with 0-1 experience in relevant field. - You speak English fluently. - Understanding of coding concepts and have implemented several projects in multiple languages. - At least awareness level of knowledge for building solutions with no code/low code RPA platforms - You are eager to learn about new immersing technologies. - You have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - You are courage and passionate to deliver projects within a deadline, taking ownership to achieve success. - You can combine different technologies in a single solution to overcome challenges when needed. - You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing) - You are a team player, and you can work effectively at all levels of the product team with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. - You can understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others. **Nice to have**: - Courses, or certifications in MS Power Platform / UiPath / OutSystems or other automations technologies. - Experience with Python and / or other programming language - Experience with scripting programming languages - Familiar with Databases - Familiar with different integration techniques.
