**Logistics Operations Management**:

- Oversee all material handling processes, including loading, unloading, lifting, and insertion of materials in metro stations.
- Ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities to support project timelines.

**Team Leadership and Training**:

- Lead and manage a team of at least 150 personnel involved in various logistics and operational roles.
- Train operators in the use of heavy construction and rail equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

**Traffic Management and Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive traffic management plans to support on-site logistics and ensure mínimal disruptions.

**Equipment and Supplier Management**:

- Manage rental equipment operations and study supplier offers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety standards for all equipment operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
