**About the Role?**

As a Country Operations Manager, you are directly responsible to manage and oversee daily activities across Mrsool Care and Supply and work indirectly across other functions as needed. In addition, he/she will continuously analyze, optimize as per company policies and procedures to ensure operations run smoothly and that people are productive. This role oversees two overarching areas as per HQ: Mrsool Care Operations, Mrsool Care Excellence & Quality.

**What you will be doing?**
- Implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Devise tactics to ensure the growth of programs company-wide, implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
- Uphold HQ organization policies and standards, plus ensuring local legislative regulations are followed
- Formulate business strategy with others in the management team
- Review and maintain policies that align with the overall strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards in alignment with HQ
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention and seamless operations.
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Process Management, Engineering, or supply chain management. MBA is preferred.

**Required personal qualities**:
Excellent communication

Team builder, leaders, and player:
Operation planning skills.

**Required competences**:

- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
- Very Good English & Arabic.
- Certification in recognized Customer Care and Supply Chain and Logistics is a must

**Minimum Experience**:
at least 7 years of solid experience in operations in addition to an understanding of delivery & logistics business.
