**About the role**:
**Introduction of the Scope**

Local Buyer is a key Sourcing function with the aim of improving the company’s overall EBITDA position and supporting the business on presale and sales activities. The scope of this position is mainly for MEA, and could provide responsibility in some worldwide projects linked to Local Sourcing transformation program.
Buyer will manage the end-to-end Sourcing process for different commodities, including the transformation and innovation programs. You will interlock with different business units of Orange Business Services and make synergy between OB Customers, Business Unit expectation and the Market dynamic.

**Main Responsibility of the Local Buyer**
- Overall management of RFP process including 7 Steps process,
- Management of different categories (Field engineering & technical outsourcing, Data Center, and some indirect commodities)
- Stakeholder interlocks and communication
- Suppliers selection and Evaluation
- Supplier risk management
- Contract management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Escalation point for tricky/difficult cases and finding solutions

**ISO Audit Participation**:

- Collaborate with the audit team to prepare and organize relevant sourcing and procurement documentation for ISO audits.
- Participate in ISO audits, providing insights and evidence related to sourcing activities, supplier management, and compliance with ISO standards.
- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions, working closely with the procurement team and other stakeholders.

**About you**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Sourcing Buyer or similar role preferably with exposure to ISO standards and audit processes.
- Experienced professional International Trade and financial performance.
- Strong financial knowledge, able to manage complex business case.
- Ability to challenge any level within the organization.
- Personal and professional credibility to challenge internal assumptions / internal responses.
- Operational leadership experience within complex matrix multinational organization is desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver compliance within complex organizations and situation.
- Fluent level of English language. French is a plus
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills and managing in a matrix by influence.
- Resilient and tenacious approach to spread the topic at all levels within the organization.
- Able to develop innovative solutions and summarize and present complex issues in a simple understandable way.
- Strong relationship management and ability to work on own initiative without direction.
