**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Media Buyer. The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning media campaigns, developing media strategies, analyzing media data, and executing media buys.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop media plans that align with the client’s marketing objectives and target audience.
- Research and analyze market trends, audience behavior, and media consumption habits to inform media planning.
- Negotiate media rates and placements to achieve maximum value for clients’ advertising budgets.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad concepts and messaging.
- Execute media plans across various media channels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize media placements and improve ROI.
- Work with vendors and media outlets to resolve issues and ensure campaign delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging media trends and technologies to inform media planning and strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a media buyer or similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of media planning, buying, and optimization across various channels.
- Familiarity with media research tools and audience measurement metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
- Experience with media buying software and platforms is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
